That's what I thought as well.  There is a yellow and a white logo variant for those 129 and 130.  I believe it has something to do with one of them being sold off the newsstand and the other was packed in a 3-pack with other books.

As far as I know, these are the only two issues like this.  I've never seen a white label 128 for example.
