I think it has a chance of upgrade (really!) do you have the grader notes invade there's a detached cf or something else that makes the graders ding ding ding - I am in the school that prefers NOT to have Stan lee sign my stuff. He has been signing anything and everything for decades! I don't believe a yellow copy with his sig should be worth more than the blue label!
