K, I believe it's lower than 9.6. I haven't seen any blank covers #100 higher than 9.4.. Somehow, the covers were all in pretty bad condition.

Gotta agree with this statement right here. With such a cool sketch drawn by such an influence in the hobby, can anyone here honestly say they'd turn their nose up at it because of the grade?
