Bluetooth-migration
For some reason, I don't see this book very often. It does contain a brief origin recap of the Martian Manhunter. It's from June 1959 which I guess is a tough year to find decent-looking DCs. Bill Finger story. Shelly Moldoff and Joe Certa art. Curt Swan and Stan Kaye cover. very nice book Steve

Macmax8-migration
Just started collecting again, focusing on SA batman. Just got a 9.2 batman 181 and a 232 9.4. How hard is it to get a batman 121? Cant seem to find shops selling it in cgc grades of 9 or higher.
Hepcat
Just started collecting again, focusing on SA batman. Just got a 9.2 batman 181 and a 232 9.4. How hard is it to get a batman 121? Cant seem to find shops selling it in cgc grades of 9 or higher. Batman 121 is from early in 1959. Finding high grade copies of DC comics from 1959 is like pulling teeth. There are probably 25X as many copies of Batman 181 in 9.2 as there are copies of Batman 121 in 9.2, and 100X as many copies of Batman 232. Secondly, do you only buy slabbed comics or do you buy raw comics that are up to your quality standards as well? Arkadin
Another recent CLink pickup. I have a fascination with Batmite. The character design is pretty outlandish, and I love the way Batman reacts to this grotesque imp like a bemused dad reacting to a naughty little kid. Writing Batman in this era must have been a blast.
Macmax8-migration
Thanks for the info. I only buy slabbed. i live in the philippines and there just arent that many sellers here of silver age comics. Its mostly marvel and they are way overpriced. bane
According to my records it was $1400. #171 & 121 are the harder to find books on my Batman quest. I've seen more #181's & #189s for sale then those two. Depends on what grade your looking for.
