Brad is a patient buyer who rolls with the punches. He bought some raw books from me and we had a typo with his mailing address. The books were returned to me from Canada and had to be sent again. They were shipped a second time and finally made it, but not before Canadian customs charged him an additional $40 in customs fees. Brad took it all in stride, was great with the communication and couldn't have been more understanding. A+ buyer and boardie! (worship)
