OT: What do you all drive?

I used to drive this but then had my daughter, then began using as a table top for comic sorting, then as a storage devise for her discarded stuff, now I wonder if it is even really still under all that stuff. 893whatthe.gifthumbsup2.gif

The car above is the one I brought to Vegas with me, this one I drove in the early 80's. In about 1986, I decided to park it. So I bought a cover, put it in a barn at my family home, and haven't driven it since. 893whatthe.gif My wife really wants to get that car out and clean it up, whatever that would take at this point, and let her drive it. 893applaud-thumb.gif We might just do that in the next year or so. It sure was a dream to be driving that car around Myrtle Beach in the early 80's thumbsup2.gif.... but those thoughts are not productive now as a husband and father frustrated.gif, still....... cloud9.gif

2000 Land outside-affiliatelinksnotallowed Discovery II (we're putting it up for sale, PM me if interested, $12,000 -- great vehicle but we don't need 3 and the dogs are getting too old to jump up into it)

2003 Mini Cooper S (the FUN car!)

2004 Honda Element (perfect for transporting Great Danes and comics!)

I currently own 2 Toyota Celicas, a 93' GT(the last year of the best platform, IMO) and a 2000 GTS.

I drive a 1999 Honda CRV. Couldn't ask for a better car. Nice little 4-cylindar SUV. Not the slightest problem in seven years. Someday I'll buy a Corvette though. May not be practicle, but it is like always wanting your grail comic for years. My grail car is a Corvette. Maybe a nice used model about five years old or so. Someday. I might wait for my mid-life crisis. That's maybe a few years off from now.

Oh, and I'm still hoping someday to own a Viper cloud9.gif

Although after seeing the concept, I may take a serious look at the Dodge Challenger when they start making 'em! headbang.gif

I have a 2004 Lexus LS 430 now, but my favorite car that I had for years was a red 1992 Dodge Stealth. Loved that car. And I've driven hundreds of different cars as my father is a car dealer.

Mark, you need to trade up to Jag.

Mrs. Donut drives a new HHR.

The Chevy PT Cruiser. makepoint.gif

So says the person who hasn't driven one. The PT Cruiser is a Dodge Neon - sits on the same body and is powered by the same engine.

Not now. UK Fords are [embarrassing lack of self control] cars.

Does the right turn signal or brake light keep burning out all the time?

I had one for awhile and so did my girl friend at the time and it seemed like I replaced the right bulbs all the freakin time. foreheadslap.gif
