Another Heritage Resub. I think CGC got it right the first time.

 

Amazing the the person who bought it from Heritage sent it in to CGC for a resub and the used Heritage to sell it again 6 months later.

Great score on the War Report 2, I totally spaced out rebidding on it. I hope you were willing to go at least $35, I'd feel better knowing I would have been outbid no matter what.
