Tough issue in HG! (worship)

Amen. At this point, most everything I'm showing here at this point is tough (except for upgrades), cause I've now been looking for 5 years! But I especially think the late 50s and assorted 60s in that title especially!

These books seem more than a little out of place on this thread with so many incredible high grade books, but it seems like the best place to post these.

I discovered this little coincidence a couple years ago when I picked up the first book here HOM 229 from 1975. Something about the cover sure seemed familiar...

Which is likely because the image on the left hand side was lifted directly from the cover of this book that I had owned for years.

Tons of swipes, both graphically and textually.

My famous text swipe:

"No one dies today"! used on Unexpected #115 and House of Mystery #208. I could swear it's used in more places but not off hand can I recall.

Unexpected #141 is poorly done HOS #92 swipe...

The classic attic swipe was used on Weird Mystery Tales #20, Secrets of Haunted House #41, and a zillion others.

We don't care about high grade or not, we only care about your enthusiasm for the genre!

Now I'm wondering if that HoM #229 would say "partial Wrightson cover" on a slab, any note like that on your copy? hm

I don't think it's noted...I've purged all of my scans as I'm starting anew with improved settings...but check it out on my registry set.
