Legion Lost

Teen TItans

Flash

Batwoman

Blue Beetle

Firestorm

Mr Terrific

Swamp Thing

Animal Man

Resurrection Man

Static Shock

Thats 20 I'll try out. Up from the 14 regular series I was buying before. It will be interesting to see how many of these are any good.

Just want to know if they are going to continue writing stories across all or most of the titles. If I want to read a Batman story, is it in just Batman or do I have to order several other titles to get the story. Also, do I need to get any back issues to understand the current story lines. Is this a complete break for the last couple years?

Looking forward to ...Sgt Rock and The Men of War

All Star Western and Resurrection Man.

At first I was a bit miffed about the whole deal, but the relaunch has gotten me excited especially with the variety of titles.

I'll definitely be getting:

ALL-STAR WESTERN (would love to see Darwyn do a Vigilante backup for this)

LEGION LOST

LEGION OF SUPERHEROES

SWAMP THING

JUSTICE LEAGUE DARK

ANIMAL MAN (cause of Lemire)

FRANKENSTEIN, AGENT OF SHADE (Lemire again)

WONDER WOMAN

RESURRECTION MAN

BATWOMAN

BATMAN AND ROBIN

BATMAN: THE DARK KNIGHT

ACTION COMICS

SUPERMAN: MAN OF TOMORROW

DETECTIVE COMICS

GREEN LANTERN

GREEN LANTERN CORPS

GREEN LANTERN: THE NEW GUARDIANS

RED LANTERNS

JUSTICE LEAGUE

AQUAMAN

FLASH

DC UNIVERSE PRESENTS

On the fence with:

DEMON KNIGHTS

OMAC (a big fan of Kirby, hopefully this book will be like that visually)

BATGIRL

BLUE BEETLE (like Bedard's work on REBELS)

FURY OF FIRESTORM (like Cinar's pencils)

SAVAGE HAWKMAN (like the re-design)

SGT ROCK AND THE MEN OF WAR (fan of Joe Kubert's Rock, don't know anything about the creative team on this)

NIGHTWING (like the costume re-design, know nothing of creative team)

That's one big list. I guess that's what DC is hoping for. Readings adding new books to their pull list. I said I was not going to do this but I'll have my DC pull list improved from the 1 comic to aprox. 6 once they restart...

Looking at a few recent DCBS orders, I am averaging 17 DC Universe titles. So yeah it's an increase for me of about 6 to maybe 14.

I don't know how many I will buy, because I want to wait to have September's Previews on my hands, but I will buy like 15 to 20 titles.

I'm excited on some new titles, others that I didn't collect and of course all the ones that I had on my pull list already (Batman, Detective Comics, Dark Knight, Batman & Robin, Wonder Woman, Batwoman...)

So, I'm really hyped with this reboot, but on the other hand.. I need to do maths with my budget because I want to read some other things each month, and not only DC Comics!

to the first question, probably. There will always be crossovers. 2nd question: no. It will be a fresh jumping on point. That's one of the main reasons for the reboot. 3rd question: maybe? We will have to wait and see.

I was very angry, then I was on board (I love "jumping on" points) then I soured again.

I just don't know, I think it's horribly gimmicky, but somewhere along the line, DC has to have some market research suggesting it's good for their bottom line, which means it's good for the LCS's, which means it's good for the industry in general.

I have to laugh at Grant Morrison being called the "Greatest comic writer of our time".... did neither Johns or Lee read "Batman Inc"????

After reading the mess that was Final Crisis, I certainly didn't... ;)

It doesn't matter if they did or didn't, it's still a bloody ludicrous statement.

"of our time" is that period between going to the toilet and then wiping your arse.

That's still a two hour window.
