They should have taken the Netflix Daredevil approach. His origin isn’t well known like spider-man’s, but they chose sprinkle it in throughout the show instead of wasting valuable time spoon feeding it to audiences. 

Arrow spent eons telling the origin story, but it was exciting I guess and didn't detract that much from present day

Depends really, but the last Amazon show before Invincible to get a 2nd season was The Boys and a 9.8 in the fall of 2019 after Season 1 could be had for $350 pretty regularly. Now days after Season 2 you’re looking at $450+. Depends on market, is the second season bringing in new viewers or not, etc.

I  was wondering what happened with walking dead because it became more and more popular

That was my invincible book that sold for 6 grand. I don’t think that book will hit much higher

It’s had its ups and downs but overall went up after season 1 as it grew in popularity but it often moved with market in general too. Start of pandemic you could get a 9.8 for $1500, now it’s testing 4k.

Things were pretty stagnant until the end of season 2 when Michonne showed up. Overnight her first appearance in 19 went from $30-40 to $350 and the rest of the walking dead issues popped. There was a while pretty much every issue was $10-15. Some of that hype carried over, but this was a while ago. I think it changed a lot of people's minds about the value of comics. Hard to find many books that have lost value since that time.

What if? Planet Hulk was cleared out on ebay overnight now the lowest priced copy is $130. Every modern "key" is hot don't sleep on any of them

That’s crazy. I have at least two copies of this, one I had priced at $10 when I set up at the flea market a few weeks ago... it didn’t sell.

I bought a copy at my lcs this morning for $20 because I saw the same article I'm sure all the speculators did last night and I figured this would happen. Sure enough I checked ebay when I got home and all hell had broken loose  He's probably not anyone's favorite character and you wouldnt know it had any significance behind it just looking at the cover that's probably why there wasn't a lot of heat behind it. I feel like moderns are just tinder boxes waiting for a spark (no matter how small) before they just take off. I'm not sure I could even make a list of modern characters left they haven't at least hinted at yet, it would be pretty small I imagine, so it's only a matter of time before they all hit triple digits or better. That's my  anyway.

Has Gwenpool been discussed for TV/Movies? 

Can't imagine it with Deadpool, but I could be wrong.  

Doesn't help showing up in Howard the Duck.  Secret Secret Wars cover is the one for me.

She's one of the few who would be on the list and maybe the Hood? His #1 is still in the affordable range other than that I don't have a lot.

Gwenpool seems like someone they wouldn't move on for a while with how popular Deadpool is. Problem with the Secret Wars cover is that that was the "Gwen Stacy as other characters" series of covers where as the one in Howard the Duck is the actual new character Gwendolyne Poole so I'm not sure how people will really treat it in the future.
