I saw one at an LCS for $19.99 when they were selling for 30-ish and was like, eh...not worth the time listing for that much.  Realized the next day how stupid that was and it was absolutely gone.

Not heating up yet per se, but the She Bites #1 from Scout looks pretty short ordered.  One seller does have 10 in the quantity but all other seller have maybe 1-3 copies each.  I have seen at least 2 YouTube reviewers give it high praise as a great and funny read.  May be a book that starts heating up on it's own merit vs. the token "It's been optioned" malarky.  Cover A trumps the 1:10 IMHO.

Spawn thread on the board was pretty successful with many public and private sales.  Variants and homage and keys on fire.  Low print runs 240-249 seem to have cooled a bit. 

Here’s a cool one and the flyer lends something to its history
