I went to 2 stores this afternoon in chicagoland, each had around 15 packs. Nothing special. You can push the top issues to the side and see what is behind them. It seemed that 95% on the time each pack had a similar set of four inside. Meaning, if you see Thanos Annual on the top with She-Hulk 3 under, and you see She Hulk 3 on the outside of a second pack, it will probably have Thanos Annual in there somewhere.

 

And I saw a couple that actually had 5 stuffed inside.

 

Also if youre having a hard time finding them in the store, they are on the end displays, not in the aisle.

I checked all the comics at the five below by me but nothing good. A tip , to see the middle book you hold the bag upsidedown and let them slide then try to hold the top book and turn over so the middle book only slides back.

The Five Below books really vary. Went to one last night and ended up with a bunch of 1 in 50 variants, my personal favorite was the Captain Marvel #1 with a Cassaday cover. The Five Below I went to today had mostly common books, no variants that I saw other than second printings. I went through all of them, sneaking a peak at the books underneath by sliding the books a little in the pack. I ended up buying two packs. One I saw clearly had an All New Marvel Point One #1, the other had a thick book, was hoping it was another ANMPO, turned out to be Amazing Spider-Man #1 2nd print.

Hit up a local Five Below on lunch today and grabbed a couple that had variant covers showing. No ANMNPO or ASM 4, best was a 4-pack that had a X-Men 10 1:100 Cassaday B&W variant. Also discovered they are not always the same 4 comics in a bundle, as two different packages had 3 matching books but the 4th was unique.

Shouldn't there be a ton of these out there versus the actual first issue, which was not so heavily ordered? (I think my shop (a busy one in NYC) had like 2 on the rack.)

 

As for Big Hero, the movie made a lot of money. They will come out with a sequel or a weekly cartoon or something, so that will breath life back into it. I still have the Sunfire 1st Big Hero, sold a couple of copies before the movie, but inadvertently sat on this one. Hasn't crashed too badly, still see sales in the $15-$30+ range for raw copies, but there is a wide range of prices on them.
