No it isnt.. Vanessa was first mentioned in X-Force #11.. She was never mentioned in NM98..

But she was copying Domino up until she was mention in XF11

Heres the Vanessa/Copycat appearance in order:

 

First Appearance as Domino - New Mutants #98

first name revealed- X-Force #11

1st full drawn appearance (also referred to as Cameo) X-Force #19

1st full appearance and first name of copycat - Deadpool: The Circle Chase #3

 

Its not Domino's first appearance because it isn't Domino its Vanessa copying her. Hence she's in the issue.

I think this says a lot , no?? I would say X-Force 19 :popcorn:

She first appeared in "New Mutants" #98 disguised as Domino, later revealing herself to be Copycat in "X-Force" #19. Regardless of what happens next issue, in TMNT #44 he was killed. IGN and its article confirmed it as did the dialogue by Angel Bridge in the issue. This will be an iconic book for awhile. Might not be worth near what it would be if stayed dead for a long period of time, but will hold value.

If it sticks, with a low print run (I'm guessing just under 15k) I would guess this could command interest for a while.

 

hehe, 15k is a HUGE print run for a IDW book. Most Transformers books are at that or 5K less.

If it is anything like another IDW book, it will be like that of Transformers More than Meets the Eye 19 RI 1:25 cover. I have sold 2 over $250.00 each to people out of country.

Not a lot of IDW TF love here on these boards. We could change that....... I have almost 2 long box collection of RI covers from IDW's G1 universe. I have read it front to back. Twice, then 3 more times.

 

I don't collect a regular or sub cover, unless there is NO incentive. One day I will slab them all.....CGC will be rich off of fees.
