Yup fake store,just happen to read a new book about BBT called

Unraveling the Mysteries of The Big Bang Theory: An Unabashedly Unauthorized TV Show Companion

 

The store is built on the Warner lot and apparently Will Wheaton mentioned it on his blog somewhere.

 

It doesnt look like it but you need quite a lot of room for the crew and cameras to move about.
