I was wondering when the next installment would come.

Buzzy 70 is in the last 10?

Well we all expected it to be in the last 10. But I didn't expect Leading 68 to be in the last ten at all.

The other seven were to be expected, and were predictably obvious.

I'll be at both Wizard World Philly and Wizard World Chicago - if I see any of these books, should I buy them? I won't add nasty markups, but what's your co$t basis for these books?

Just buy 'em.

I'll not only work it out to give you a profit, but I'll throw in some fabulous Golden Age spares too, if it's any of the main nine that you find.

I had a lead on a bunch of pre-Bats Detectives including a few that you needed. However, the person in question has NO interest in selling the three that you need separately and would only part with his whole pre-27 run in one VERY expensive swoop. I'll keep hammering away at him, though.

Good luck!

Can't we pool our resources to obtain them ???

I'm sure Metropolis or Harley would buy some of them, and I would certainly pay for the 3 and 4. I already agreed a deal with ComicLink for the 5.

Centaur Man on these boards also collects pre-heroes.

Congrats Ian, I am glad that the Flash 43 lead worked out (I assume). You have come a long way from that first list of 259 or so. To have every Superhero DC is an incredible accomplishment in itself.

Felecidades!

You're probably thinking of the Big Book of series that were published by DC Comics in the mid 1990's.

There were The Big Book of Hoaxes, Thugs, Criminals, Vice, Losers, etc.

Look for it on Amazon.

Well you have been directly responsible for finding quite a few of these. More than anyone else, I think, in recent months.
