The asking price is always irrelevant. Its the bottom line final figure that you both agree. I think you would buy it for $1.00 sounds crazy but you would, The seller would take $200,000.00, sounds crazy, but he would. The answer my friend till you make an offer, is blowin in the wind. Money talks! Shoot an offer you might get it.
