As far as I know they were all retailer incentives for issue 12 (or 13)

 

So they should all be out by now, and Matt said each and every blank was spoken for when I inquired.

Those sketches are Retailer Incentives. Matt mailed them to Dark Horse last week. He wasnt sure what the "incentive" was for the stores, or when they'd go out, but figured it was based on MM ordering numbers per store.

A one-of-a-kind sketch cover is a heckuva incentive.

 

BTW - read Super-spy last week. Highly recommended. I can definitely how that story may have influenced MM.
