Fantastic Four 12 CGC 8.0

As many of you know a few months ago I sold off my Marvel 1961-65 CGC 8.0 project.

 

There were two sales that I was collecting time payments on. Unfortunately one of them has failed as the purchaser is no longer in a position to be able to complete the transaction. I have agreed to cancel it and have refunded their money less the non-refundable deposit portion we agreed upon at the time of the sale.

 

As such I have a Fantastic Four CGC 8.0 to sell again. This was one of my nicer presenting books in the run. I paid $4,100 for it but am asking $3,800 including shipping.
