With the changes in SS for this show exactly which creators will this affect? For generally everyone except folks like Claremont is the process of getting a witness from the CGC booth still the same?

 

The only people affected are the ones where CGC has private signings set up (Claremont & J. Scott Campbell) - for everyone else, it's business as usual.

Shouldn't this be the other way around? It should be "here is a steep discount for being on the ball and ordering early," not "congratulations on waiting til the last minute; unlike those poor slobs that already paid through the nose for tickets, you'll be getting a deal!"

I completely agree. I suppose their response to this is that the 4-day ticket is still a "deal" and is not being discounted through this site.

 

I waited to buy a ticket (for other reasons) and stumbled on this late last week. I was surprised it was still in effect, and apparently is until the show starts.
