Has anyone received any updates or changes for the Neil Gaiman signing?  His signing was on Sept 21 and my submission is still sitting at "Scheduled"

i know this technically isn't the right board for this, but a turnaround thread for cards doesn't exist.

i submitted a card order to CGC, was delivered on oct 6 and it has yet to be opened / on my dash

 

i see comic orders are opened within 5 days. hopefully it gets put on my dash soon.

I am assuming you are referring to the sports card section, and not the trading card section?

On 10/9, these moved to G/QC and I was billed on 10/11. Remained unchanged, and on Friday, I called in and requested to be credited the fast track upcharge on all books. They had no problem doing that, so I can't complain too much, even though they are still at 22 business days and haven't shipped. I was also given the grades, which was nice. I didn't think they could do that unless already shipped.
