This is truly a mystery since theoretically this is part of the process that should be running most efficiently at this stage in CGC's existence. What's strange is how quickly they turn around reholder submissions. I submitted a reholder last summer at the height of the backlog and got it back in less than 2 weeks.

I'd imagine reholders get "front of the line" treatment, probably the first thing they do every day. Good practice, and all that. :eek:

Just wondering what others are seeing for turnaround on Standard these days.

It's only been 10 business days, but was hoping it would move to scheduled by now.

 

My Value submissions from 3/28 and 3/31 are not verified yet either so...

 

Don't feel too bad. I have a modern from 3/31 that just got verified yesterday and a modern from the same day that is still stuck at received.

Unless they slab and ship quick (doubtful) - going to be running past the 20 day mark for a coupon submission.

 

 

Real shame that it looks like fast track is now required for them to hit the "standard" lead times for any grade.

Made my first visit to CGC headquarters 2 weeks ago. I only live an hour away so it was really convenient to not have to spend the extra money on shipping, was also able to get it the day it was ready which was great. I met one of the staff and she was extremely nice. Also got some cool insight on what employees can and can't do with there own books. Overall a really pleasant experience and I'll probably be back next week if my other books are on schedule. Also a plus to not worry about shipping my books.
