current turn around rates at CGC 79 79

15 book slow track value sub showed up in the system as received on 3/25. My math says that the posted 59 day TAT plus 10 con Fridays in that span puts my expected due date at June 30th (I'm hoping that I actually see them by WW Chicago). Let's see how they do...

Verified (finally) on 5/6. 24 (Mon-Thur) business days to reach this stage.

Scheduled for grading on 5/16, things are really moving now!

Graded on 5/17, all 15 showing blue labels!

I enter my invoice # for my Modern Economy C2E2 submission and it says "details not available for invoice xxxx" yet.

 

I would imagine it should be received by now - or am I doing something wrong?

It's a bug. I have two emails from CGC, that they have my order, but it's some type of database issue...

Here's the quote to the 1st email I sent, must have deleted the second but he basically said IT dept still hasn't resolved the issue of me not being able to see invoice.

 

My question to them was:

 

"Hello! Could you confirm invoice XXXXXX was received? My credit card was charged last week but I haven't seen the invoice show up yet online. Thanks!

"yes, we did indeed receive it on 4/18 we have been having intermittent connectivity issues from our database to the website but it is here and safely in process"

my modern slow track prescreen from 4/3 is at Verified only so far. So 2-3 weeks behind the regular modern.
