Looks like they're picking up steam. I had my MFT's shipped the other day and I had an EFT go from Rec'd Monday to Verified/SFG yesterday and then all the way to shipped today :o

 

:applause: You deserve it. Your recent fast track makes me very nervous. Estimated turnaround +1 day is the most I've ever had to wait thus far. If I had a MFT hit 29 business days I would have been :frustrated: as well.

I've got one batch(13 books) that are still in "received" limbo from June 6th but another batch(14 books) that is dated June 12th and those are already graded. I called in and the young lady said they were just behind which is fine but that kind of worries me. I'm hoping that June 6th batch speeds up by next week. All are modern fast track. Just don't want the books lost or something crazy.

If they have them in house and show rec'd, I don't think you have to worry about them getting lost.

Like asteroid says, if they were received you should be fine. It's pretty clear that they don't use FIFO, so unfortunately frustrations like this can happen.

Standard coupon submission +1 (5 books total - I submitted all 5 under 1 invoice, but CGC separated them into 2 invoices when they received them - 1 invoice for the 4 books with the coupons and a separate invoice for the 1 book without).

So, another update here. Back on 7/2 I called CGC to make sure both of my invoices were shipped together, and they said they were already set to go out that way and was already taken care of. I just got off the phone with CGC again today - I called to get tracking numbers for these invoices both which showed shipped/safe on 7/3 - She proceeds to tell me they in fact havent shipped yet, and the group of 4 books are still waiting to be encapsulated. Yet, the grades have already been posted under the invoice #'s on the web site (shrug) ANyone ever have this happen or know what might be going on? She seemed as confused as I was about it on the phone!

Man...the books are hot...I should submit to CGC...6 months later...the BBQ is over...and your having a fire sale.

 

Seriously…of the 5 books I submitted, 3 of them are Sunfire and Big Hero 6 1-3.

 

That movie will be out on Blu-ray at this rate.

The invoice number doesn't yet show up online (says "Details not available for invoice.") Is this the lag time between "received" and "verified?"

 

How long does it normally take for the books to show up under online tracking?

If you check the Order Status, the invoice number will become clickable once the it has become Verified.

 

As far as how long it takes to go from Received to Verified….check the other posts here. It does depend on which category you send as. My Modern Slow Track just hit Verified after a month of Received.
