lol I've said before I can't complain too much, I've had books moving through quicker than quite a few people over the past 6 months or so. So I don't want to rage out and off the powers that be.

I submitted my first ever batch on-site at Philly on 6/20.

 

They said they didn't have my registration number so the online status updates won't work. Presume I'll receive them by month's end, but thought maybe I'd be able to tell when they are graded via census updates.

I had two books graded on-site at Philly and they showed up on the census about two or three weeks after the show. Not sure why yours wouldn't be on there yet though.

 

They didn't even have your invoice number when you called them? The number on your slab comes from that invoice number.

I sent a comic in on 8/8, 5 day express.

They got it last Tuesday.

I just called and the nice lady said it was graded this morning, and it's a blue label, and it was in the encapsulation room right now being sealed.

Unfortunately she didn't have the grade on the computer yet.

SHOULD have been received by me on Friday 8/15… but the mail carrier never showed up (though tracking said he delivered :mad: ). Long story short I was out of town Saturday.. an early AM drive to post office this morning and books were in hand 8/18.

Short of being able to physically see the workings at CGC. I am convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt that they sit on non-FT submissions before actually starting to work on them as opposed to grading everything as it comes in and having some books moved in the queue.

Nah - they had the invoice number. Just explained that because they didn't have my CGC member number handy at the con, the online order status/tracking won't work.

 

These weren't for onsite grading, but were just the regular slow track (Bronze, not Modern).

 

Still nothing on the census; presume I'll receive them before the census updates anyway. From what others have posted, they've likely been graded & will ship to me later this week.

Value slow track from 5-19 still at quality control. More than 59 days. Day 64 by my count (not counting Memorial and Independence Day). But of course Con fridays don't count either..........

 

anyone else have updates on some economy or value slow tracks?

 

Economy Slow Track Pre Screen, received 6-13, verified 5-6 weeks later, still there.
