I'm guessing they are just doing a lot of smaller subs before your big one.

 

In a perfect system CGC would have someone assigned to making sure FIFO happens, but I don't think there's much true regulation on that, and even now it's likely the number of books per sub affects TAT to some extent.

I think your Economy sub was graded as quickly as my Economy Fast Track that was received on 6-13 and still sits in QC. Now at exactly 2 calendar months.
