Economy Fast Track (10 books)

 

Graded 9/10

 

I called 2 weeks ago and they were in shipping and would ship any day. Called again today, They are still in shipping and still could ship any day. How can the shipping department be the bottleneck in this process? So frustrating especially when they don't post the grades until after the order ships. I guess when it takes 10 or 15 days to put an order in a box and shove it out the door, TAT's are going to skyrocket!

They received my Economy tier group on 7/28/14. Almost 40 business days later and still no change. You'd think they would have verified them by now.
