Still in carier's vehicle? Did you tell them it was a registered package? Those get stored in a different area.

I have a PO Box. Also, why should I have to tell THEM where the packages are stored? :)

 

I would think they'd know it was registered by the "RE" prefacing the tracking number.

I have Moderns from 6/23 sitting at grading, this lengthy delay has gone on for seems like half a decade now. More books to grade than available staffing to process. It appears to not be in there business model to address the turn around times. Kinda sad as there are other industries out there who have had legitimate downturns in business.

Wow, that's bad. I sent off a MST today. Hopefully, I'll see it before spring. :wishluck:

Topnotch, if yours doesn't involve a prescreen, I would be calling. Mine are moderns from 8/1 and 8/4 and are stuck at graded.

 

They do not ship orders FIFO, its the luck of the draw when your order ships. Pre screen or not, signature series or not, they could ship within a month apart with the same invoice date.

 

They have entirely too much WIP (work in process) on the line. I feel sorry for there staff as they can only do so many books per day. It would be a management decision to add equipment, staff, or overtime, to bring down the WIP on the line.
