The top of the book would benefit from a press. Immediately to the right of the 'N' is a tear, not a Marvel chip.

 

I'd call it a FN/FN-. The chipping is light and the eye appeal is there. Depending on how pronounced the spine tick/tear is by the 'M' in 'Magneto' I can definitely see this as a 6.0.
