Agreed, I always ask the same question and then end up backtracking and using that analogy. That being said, have you ever tried to find Cap 217 in the wild? It's been on peoples lists for about 2 years. I have only found one between my local shops and some shows. Because when it comes to U.S. comics, and specifically Marvel and DC, any issue is fairly easy to find, if you have the money for it. Now, if you are talking uber high grade, that is different.
