Greetings,

No offense to anyone, to each his own, or "one mans trash is another's treasure"

Al Milgrom, IMHO, ruined many comics I enjoyed with his pathetic artwork! He was at a LCS signing many years ago as I was picking up my books. When asked if I wanted him to sign anything, I replied, "No Thanks, because your art sucks". I'll never forget the look on his face, but I imagine it wasn't the first or last time he heard that.

Regards

I will agree that his efforts on Avengers were rather poor, but I don't think there was any need to hit him over the head with it. He would already be painfully aware of the fact that he will never draw anything like Byrne's X-Men.

Save it for someone who is being unkind to others.

In most cases, this is stuff the fan boy thought, but didn't actually say and more times than not, the thought comes a week or so after the encounter.

Given the current ASM storyline, will Amazing Spider-Man 102 finally get some respect? That book has been overlooked for so long...

What's special about 102? 2nd Morbius? Don't really follow current storylines...

I loved both 101 and 102, but when I sold off my run, I kept 102. It has a lot going for it.

This must be a record for a 9.6 Man-Thing #1 .

Man-thing #1 9.6 $1510

I guess I need to sell on C-Link instead of eBay to reach the buffoons with more money than sense, I sold this in January on eBay which was just $1.00 less than the all-time GPA high: https://www.ebay.com/itm/373873371819?transid=1360248817024&mkevt=1&mkpid=0&emsid=e12025.m43.l1123&mkcid=7&ch=osgood&euid=f88e709ae2ed4b8582c6708ddc9e3a21&bu=43205332340&osub=-1~1&crd=20220116121934&segname=12025&sojTags=ch%3Dch%2Cbu%3Dbu%2Cosub%3Dosub%2Ccrd%3Dcrd%2Csegname%3Dsegname%2Cchnl%3Dmkcid

I had one and sold it 5-6 years ago, along with a Conan 1. Thought I made out good with those, but now... I just need to listen to Boston more

Yup.   When stacks of your $1 books become $100 books overnight, and  your $100 books become  $1000 books....

All of a sudden you have a ton of fun money to throw at bigger books.

Or in my case, at Mrs. Donut's house renovation.

Same with Mrs. divad . . . :peace:
