There are so many levels of power among all of the characters in this book but I have a feeling that Babylon is the apex predator in this world. I'm freaking giddy thinking about it. I can totally see this being a movie pretty soon, maybe in another year or two when we have a little more story. Babylon is definitely the apex predator though, this book is just awesome.
