That's a great looking book and one that I don't have yet. Yup. I don't have a copy anymore but scanned the story before it left me. That was the same panel that got me searching for this book. Way harsher than anything I've seen in a PCH book. Depends entirely on what you want to do with it. If looking to flip, you'd probably be well-served to grade it, newton rings or not. They don't harm the book -- just the presentation.
