Nova #1 CGC 9.0 White - How much should I sell this for?

I just got back a copy of Nova #1 (1976) CGC 9.0 White. I am undecided on how much to ask for it. I am thinking $100. Is this too much to ask or too low?

Thanks for the input guys. I like tree fitty but will price it at $70. I think with the guardians movie coming out this book is a little under rated.

I sold my 9.8 Six months ago for $300 then again I only paid $150 for it so how much crying really should I be doing?

I remember buying 15 mint copies for $1 -2 each a few years ago (hes one of my favorite superheros since I was a kid ). Gave most of them away to some kids . Hope they still have them. I did buy a 9.6 for $12 like 2 years ago on Ebay. Less then the cost of submission , was a steal. . What a jump in value this book has taken..
