Warner Bros. Film Chief on 'Wonder Woman,' J.K. Rowling's 'Fantastic Beasts' -script and How DC Will Compete With Marvel

"We have a great strategy for the DC films, which is to take these beloved characters and put them in the hands of master filmmakers and make sure they all coordinate with each other. You'll see the difference when you see Batman v. Superman, Suicide Squad, Justice League and all the things that we are working on."

"There is intensity and a seriousness of purpose to some of these characters. The filmmakers who are tackling these properties are making great movies about superheroes; they aren't making superhero movies. When you're trying to make a good movie, you tackle interesting philosophies and character development. There's also humor, which is an important part."

SPOILER: Find Out How Bats Plans To Take Down Supes In BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DOJ

After the first official trailer for Zack Snyder's Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice was released, fans were very curious about the shots that appeared to depict the Dark Knight brandishing a rifle of some sort. Obviously Batman and guns don't exactly have a very good relationship (though it's worth noting that he has actually used them in the comics when the situation called for it) so it seemed like an unusual choice of weapon for the character. Well, turns out it wasn't a sniper rifle, but some sort of Kryptonite-laced spear!

Warner Bros. Consumer Products Gears Up for a Super Ride

Another strong merchandising opportunity that potentially could further attract an entirely new audience is Wonder Woman.

"Our comprehensive program will include Wonder Woman in the merchandise lines and in standalone products supporting the film," says McTier. "We have always had a robust line for Wonder Woman, and her role in this film and future films offers us more opportunities to feature her character and empowering attributes in many creative ways."

It's about time. Go into Walmart, Target or even Toys-R-Us and you hardly happen across a Wonder Woman product. On rare occasions you find the Fisher Price Superman-Wonder Woman set.

New BATMAN V SUPERMAN: Dawn Of Justice Plot Synopsis Released

From the Las Vegas Licensing Expo 2015, Warner Bros. has released a new official synopsis for Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice. The synopsis confirms many of the plot points that fans have long suspected, based on filming rumors and scenes shown in the first trailer. Here is the new official Warner Bros. synopsis.

"Fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before."

Wow that looks like something right out of a toy box... That's a good thing? Never been a huge superman fan so I don't know.

I think that is just a display mold, and not an actually working movie prop to be used in action sequences.
