I was under the impression that Marvel and Fox made a deal with Silver Surfer since Fox did not produce an FF movie in time to keep the rights. Any one know about this?

It is the Diamond Select figure - picked it up from the LCS during a holiday sale. For an action figure, it makes for a great display piece since it includes a nicely weighted base/stand.

Yeah. The main description does not mention it. He comes with 2 sets of hands, the IG and a pair of 'energy blast' add ons for his hands (plus the base, board and figure.)

 

There is a nicely done Thanos as well (for around $20) that includes a IG hand and a Death figure. I got that one for my brother for X-Mas this year.
