If you mean "disturbing", the Fury surely qualifies in the Top Ten…

 

 

Among the more fascinating, surely Dr. Doom is a classic choice:

 

 

Magneto is not, strictly speaking, a simple villain. He reformed, and then they ruined it.

Wherever Thanos is on the list he had better be BEHIND Captain Cold, Shredder and Harley Quinn.

Just looked at the list.

 

Loki got jobbed at # 8. They formed the Avengers just to stop him.

 

I could see how the top four are worthy but 5-7 puh-lease.

 

Also, while it is interesting that Cheetah drew # 69, she is Wonder Woman's arch enemy. Wonder Woman is part of the big three along with Superman and Batman in the DC universe. How is her arch enemy not even in the top 20? The whole list is gender biased.

I agree with IGN on #1-4.

 

But I would bump Loki to #5 just because the movies has made him very popular.

 

And I assume Thanos would get a bump once GotG is release next summer.

When we had a Marvel supervillain survivor series contest here a few years ago, I'm pretty sure that Doc Doom won with Magneto second. I voted for Magneto to win.
