That's only a useful list for those born in the 2000's.

 

Seriously, you can always tell a Modern-ite who hasn't read a book older than 10-15 years when they refer to the villain as "Norman Osborne".

The whole thread was to discuss IGN's Top 100 list and whether you agree or not.... not MY Top 100.

 

And people that refer to a villain as "Norman Osborn" might be just saying his version of Green Goblin (i.e. the Original) and not Harry Osborn's.
