There appears to be minor foxing along the top of the book - both front and back covers exhibit signs of it. Possible slight impact damage at the bottom LHS of the front cover. You have some corner issues as well.

Hard to tell from the size of your scans what is really going on so the grades might be all wonky!

Quick iPhone 9.0. Likely a bit lower

Too much "activity" along that top edge for a 9.0 - would have to see it in hand. Confident in an 8.0 from the scans.

The top edge looks odd, almost like there is some damaged paper fiber. White is tough to grade sometimes. The bottom edge looks a little suspect and the top staple looks to have some stress above it. Still a very nice and bright copy. Hard to land on a grade, though. It looks like it could get 8.0 or as high as 9.0, but certainly no higher IMHO.

 

MUCH nicer than my copy, but I bought my reader long before the silliness started
