I still remember being absolutely knocked out when I first saw the above Green Lantern cover on the magazine rack below the titty mags at the Davis Variety on Richmond Street in downtown London. I'd been trying to deescalate my comic buying at the time, but I absolutely, positively had to have a front row seat for the rematch between Green Lantern and the Shark!
