As would CGC I would think. The tear is not severe enough in my mind to prevent this book from attaining a 9.4! Especially with what CGC has been allowing in grading recently. And given the status of this book I would think CGC would be generous. Hell look at the two 9.4's listed on HA and tell me which of the three books you'd rather own?

I still say 9.4.
