Maybe someone was holding on to it so hard, the old slab cracked.

CL 4.0 Just ended at 32K.  Nice presenting 4.0 no doubt.

I was following that as well -- strong price but strong eye appeal as well.  And as the owner of a 4.0, I felt some relief as well!

The 4.0 was a good sale and a 4.5 closed on heritage a few days ago for $38,400 and it had some chipping.  Hopefully, this book is fianlly coming back!!
