I have it at 4.0/4.5, mostly due to the chips.

 

I'm not entirely sure what CGC will say, this is an interesting book. They are usually pretty lenient with Marvel chipping, so they might go a bit higher than I have. With chips out of both the top and bottom in addition to the classic right edge chipping, though...

 

Presents very well for its technical grade. And I love the date stamp.

I'm guessing you bought this hoping for a better grade? I've seen worse 4.0s but I don't see anything better than a VG - so perhaps a 4.5 if you're lucky.

If you got it for a great price as a 4.0 no doubt you are happy.
