Sqeggs
I'm not sure that this counts as romance, but that Carmen was one tall gal! 1950's war comics, MrBedrock, Scrooge and 1 other 3
Sqeggs
GCD doesn't identify the cover artist, but it looks like Hartley to me (although he signed a lot of his work, iirc). sagii, pmpknface and 1950's war comics

Popular Post Sqeggs
Now this one has a more conventional signature. Can't recall seeing a copy before and there are none on the census, although, of course, that doesn't mean much for these books, which tend to have a low slab rate. pmpknface, sagii, MrBedrock and 4 others
Sqeggs
And I have a feeling that Lizbeth may have a dissenting opinion as to whether she's actually in downfall mode. 1950's war comics
Sqeggs
Some cool covers in this run. Not many copies of any issue on the census. 1950's war comics and pmpknface
Sqeggs
I wonder what Biro thought of these covers? Sqeggs
I assume the presence of the Fab Four explains there being six copies of this one on the census. A heck of a lot for a Charlton romance book. pmpknface
sagii
@Sqeggs point, this one seems more like what Biro would 'want' on his Romance covers. comicnoir, Point Five and pmpknface

Sqeggs
I think this is the toughest issue in this short series. At any rate, I had trouble finding a copy. sacentaur and pmpknface

I remember when Forbidden Love was 'the' series of the Quality Romance photo cover books (or Romance photo covers in general, probably only second to Negro Romance a ways back). Took me a while to complete the run as the two later issues 3 and 4 are tough books. Now when they pop up, they are often met with resistance to stiff buy it now prices. They are still a milestone for me in my 'long time to complete' collecting endeavors, and still tops in my book. But it would seem Untamed Love is the new champ in that regard

PeterPark
Not sure this would really qualify as romance per se, but St. John in it's prime...if it had Baker I'd post it in that thread but I was happy to get it.
