This presents extremely well. It's very clean. The white on the cover is very white.

 

It has "Slight" resto on the spine. I'd say about half of the spine was splitting and the Amateur Restorer used both glue & thin strips of tape to seal the spine tears (from the inside).

 

I sent this in to Matt Nelson to get his opinion and he advised me to leave it as is, because once he got the spine glue off and worked his magic, it might put it in the realm of a "moderate resto". Whereas right now it's just a slight.

 

Matt graded this as it is right now as an apparent 4.5, but if you wanted to have some light color touch done to it it would take it to a 5.0 most likely.

He also said if I decided to have him do the full resto he could take it to atleast a 6.5.

 

I decided to not have Matt do any and send it back to me instead of sending it on to CGC.

 

Back cover has a 2 1/2" tear seal on the lower free edge.

 

Everything is tight at the staples.

3.0-3.5 with no resto, but has a 4 1/2" tear on an interior page.

 

Cover & CF solid at the staples.

 

Chip out of upper right corner of front cover. Couple of small chips and light stain on back cover.
