Righto - as I have just given away a $140 book, I'd better carry this bloody thread on.

shipping will be about $15 - $20 for 50/50 to the states Hector.

After giving away 2 copies - I expect to never see either of these on ebay!!!

Chip took an offering yesterday so he was ineligible to take an offering for a month.

 

Andy was just awesome enough to send him one in the the true spirit of the thread outside of the rules of the thread. Chip doesn't need to claim it. :golfclap:
