Was worried I would have to line up for tickets at special edition this weekend but I just lined up my vendor pass for this year.

I was off today and thought I would check Stubhub to see how many tickets were for sale. The answer was over 2000 tickets were being resold. (results below). And I didn't even check Ebay or other ticket resellers.

 

I just wanted to thank the NYCC organization for their success in putting so many tickets into the hands of the scalpers.

I finally received my confirmation from special edition.

They had some typos but I finally got it resolved. It's a good thing I asked for the order # when they were typing in my info at the show.

 

That's 1 ticket down, now I need to come up with 8 more for my family members. We'll see if I can pull off a miracle from Midtown Comics' allocation.

 

NYCC has become just as bad as SDCC in terms of getting tickets. This may be my last time attending my hometown show.

 

Arthur Adams alone will make this a great show so looking forward to October.
