I appreciate the need for G&S PayPal, etc. But I am leery about sending money (a decent amount) without adequate assurances he will send the book. References?  Check out the home online and call them if needed. Do what makes you feel confident about the transaction. Personally, I wouldn't do it if I'm not feeling 100 percent they are legit Your right to be cautious. If the seller is not willing to do that, then find someone else to work with. Most sellers want PayPal F & F is to save the deduction of the 3% PayPal fee, not so they can rip you off.
