It's not good quality video at any size, but yes, it does appear to be a IH 181 (he even flips through the pages to confirm that the MVS is present - easy to do with a sub-crease like that).

Classic Hulk 181 video....this guy came in the shop today to sell his comics. He had about 250 books in this box,and the Hulk 181 was on the bottom...watch his hands...great stuff!!

-- I don't blame you for not taking the items out of the box yourself-- who knows what is in there (human remains?).

But the extra damage that guy was doing had to be alarming.

 

If I saw someone doing that to my copy, I would would probably tackle them.

It's really a shame how he handled that comic, but you really can't expect somebody who knows nothing about comic collecting to understand. Totally clueless. And dangerous to comics.

precisely the reason I would never chance having any good comics set out during a garage sale. I might even cringe if they were readers. It is so opposite to how we all treat our books.
