Sold action 1 cgc 6.5 to try to buy my family a dream beach house and lost "sealed and best" bid by 4k

Man, I sure wish I lived in an area where I could buy a dream house for the price of an Action 1 cgc 6.5.

At the time I had the cash balance that I only had to raise 600k more.

1.5 mil is what our dream beachfront house would cost. Small in scale to some, huge to others

I could buy a dream broom closet for that amount here. :tonofbricks:

This is what 1.5 mil. buys around my area (no joke).

Not beachfront, but lakefront... hm

Is that the backside of Lake Calhoun over by Xerxes and one of those streets??

Lake Harriet parkway. Need to stay south of Calhoun to keep the best schools...

I'm 6'5" dude, and very agile for my age... (thumbs u
don't know how old you are, but I took our 6'7" HS center to school the other day lol

Well, you might take me to school too, but it would still be fun...and then we could go look for snakes and turtles...

Sometimes these high school kids think they are gods gift to basketball and you just got to put them in their place lol

I was coaching him on how he needed to close out from a 23 defense when he plays the low block to prevent a Shooter from getting the shot off. Of course he said no one could score on him so I took that as a demonstration opportunity lol

Needless to say he's playing the way I want him to

I miss Mpls. I lived around the corner from the Monte Carlo on 2nd and 2nd North, on Garfield and 24th and then out in Wayzata. Great city.

It is a nice city. Though the photo shows why I plan on moving out when the kids graduate from high school.

Waterfront homes in Vancouver probably starts at $5M and all the way up to $50M. Prices are just crazy here.

Yeah there are lots of $1.5m homes an hour away from the ocean, let alone right on the water :insane:

Its not quite as bad as HK for Tim, but it still sucks.

I expect avengers 2 to be bigger and better than 1, every aspect of the comic book market should benefit... Timing is important .., I think may is prime timeline July at sdcc would be my second choice

Is that why you are selling another copy of Cap #2 at Heritage?

....3 to go.... :roflmao:
