Hey Blowie, Have you ever considered buying vuescan?

 

I did the raw scans with my old laptop which had a licensed Vuescan. That laptop died a day before the Tournament.

 

I'm still setting the new laptop up. Haven't gotten around to getting Vuescan.

I'm confused, was the SSoSV a 9 or a 9.4 (as indicated by the scan of it graded?)

Double cover - outside was a 9.0

So, tape on a comic can still get a 6.5? For some reason I thought max was 4.5

 

I believe they currently just grade it as if the tape isn't there (except for tape stain?) and grade it as if splits or such being sealed by the tape are.

They definitely deduct for tape now. If the tape is holding on a piece they act like it isn't.
